Yes, In Good Faith Home Care is a certified service provider for Indiana’s Pathways for Aging, Health & Wellness, and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) waiver programs. We are approved to offer the following services: Attendant Care, Home and Community Assistance, and Structured Family Caregiving.
In Good Faith Home Care provides care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and appointment only on Saturday and Sunday.
Yes. In Good Faith Home Care offers a complimentary and comprehensive intake assessment conducted by a Registered Nurse. This can be done in the home or at a client’s bedside prior to hospital or facility discharge.
Yes. In Good Faith Home Care can begin services quickly, including bedside assessments and next-day care coordination when needed.
A Registered Nurse develops a tailored service plan in collaboration with the client and/or family. Ongoing supervision ensures care needs are met and services remain appropriate.
In Good Faith Home Care reassesses clients regularly and adjusts service plans as needed. If skilled services are required, we coordinate with those service providers as required.
Yes, In Good Faith Home Care is credentialed with all three Managed Care Entities (MCEs)—Anthem, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare—to provide Medicaid waiver services.
In Good Faith Home Care accepts long-term care insurance, Medicaid Waiver, certain Medicare Advantage plans, private pay (credit/debit and ACH), VA Aid and Attendance, and workers’ compensation.
In Good Faith Home Care will verify your insurance coverage to determine eligibility for the requested services prior to service initiation.
Private pay clients may choose weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly billing. Clients using insurance or workers’ compensation are billed monthly.
All caregivers undergo thorough onboarding and practical skills training. Competency evaluations are conducted at the end of the probationary period, annually, and as needed. Caregivers are also supervised by our Agency Supervisor and/or Caregiver Coach through regular performance reviews and on-site visits.
Yes. In Good Faith Home Care performs criminal background checks, reference checks, and require all staff to pass drug screenings prior to hire and periodically thereafter.
In Good Faith Home Care matches caregivers based on client needs, personality compatibility, availability, and skill set. Client feedback is valued, and adjustments can be made upon request.

With client consent, our team maintains open communication with nurses, therapists, case managers, and other care professionals to support the client’s medical, emotional, and daily living needs. This coordination helps reduce service gaps, promotes continuity of care, and enhances client safety and comfort at home.
As a licensed Personal Services Agency, In Good Faith Home Care is prohibited from duplicating services already provided or reimbursed by Medicare or Medicaid, such as skilled nursing or home health aide services under a certified home health plan. To prevent overlap, In Good Faith Home Care conducts a thorough intake assessment, communicates with the client’s care team, and verifies any existing services. Our service plans are carefully tailored to meet non-duplicative needs, ensuring we provide only authorized personal care and support services that complement—not replicate—those covered by Medicare or Medicaid.
