Our process begins with a complimentary and comprehensive assessment to evaluate the client’s needs and preferences. From there, we confirm billing & coverage details, develop a customized service plan, and guide clients through the onboarding process before assigning a caregiver and initiating services. We aim to create a smooth transition that fosters trust and confidence in our services.
Potential clients can initiate the process by requesting a complimentary in-home assessment. Assessments can be requested online, by phone, or email.
A staff member will conduct a comprehensive in-home assessment to evaluate the potential client’s functional abilities, personal preferences, and to confirm care requirements.
Once the potential client confirms their intent to proceed, our team will review the client's eligibility for specific services and determine any out-of-pocket costs or copayments. For clients paying privately, we will outline payment terms, including accepted payment methods, frequency, and any initial deposits if applicable.
During this step a customized service plan will be drafted with collaboration and input from the client. An agency staff member will explain the service contract terms to the client in detail, ensuring full understanding and agreeance before the service contract is signed.
During client onboarding, the client is welcomed to our agency. Our onboarding process helps to familiarize each client with agency procedures and helps to set expectations on both ends.
The agency will then determine caregiver placement by considering client-caregiver compatibility, client preferences, and caregiver strengths & capabilities. After the perfect match is found, a formal introduction will be made before service initiation.
Services will be initiated according to the schedule outlined in the client's service contract.
